1974498 - Analysis: Scroll filter removes members from the list when using Internet Explorer

• When using Internet Explorer when navigating the filter list and selecting members the top items in the list get chopped and can no longer be seen or selected. Using a chrome browser the issue cannot be reproduced.
• When filtering on member, if the items in the filter are many so that you have a scroll bar. When navigating and selecting items all of the values should remain and not disappear.
