1975137 - Error: com.sybase.afx.json.JsonArray cannot be cast to java.lang.String when using DoE - SUP

Symptom

  • The Synchronisation is not completed and data does not appear in the backend
  • An Error appears inside the logs:

    [com.sybase.vader.sap.doe.SapDoeConnectorOperation] [] [] Method name ( replay ) failed

  • Putting the DoEC Log onto debug after a synchronisation shows the stack starting with:

    com.sybase.afx.json.JsonArray cannot be cast to java.lang.String
