1975820 - User cannot completely enter the bank account number in Info type 0009 for Chinese employees

Symptom

In Info type 0009, user can only input up to 18 digits in 'Bank Account' field for a Chinese employee. Actually user needs to maintain the bank account number with more than 18 digits.
