1975893 - Promote & export overrides fails with spinning behavior after changing the overrides database location

Symptom

  • Promote overrides & Export overrides workflows fail with spinning behavior when the LCM overrides database location has been changed from the default location.
  • This started after changing the overrides database location and restarting the SIAs
  • Promote or Export overrides seems to work the 1st time after APS restart
  • However, after that point, the export / promote overrides workflow stops working as it keeps spinning forever.
  • Based on process monitor logs and the BI4 APS logs, APS appears to use the OLD overrides database folder location.
  • Only 1 APS running an LCM service runs across all cluster
