1976019 - NL10N Multiplication Factor changes to 1

• In transaction NL10N for a service you assign a value different than 1 to the Multiplication Factor - e.g. 3 or -1 (negative value).
• When you move this service to a different movement - e.g. by changing the time - or carry out a 'Case Type Change' the system turns the Multiplication Factor to 1.
