1976042 - WDA: Theme has changed after upgrade

After upgrade to SAP NetWeaver 7.40 the look of Web Dynpro applications has changed,sap_corbu theme is used as a default theme.
There is a requirement to change the theme globally.

In SAP NetWeaver 7.40 Web Dynpro application WDR_TEST_UI_ELEMENTS looks like below:
