1976179 - 'Hide Columns' unavailable with CCM personalization deactivated

Symptom

With parameter _CCMPersonalization=true the following warning message appears in Visual Composer application in runtime:

"Functionality hide columns for bound column visibility is only available in the portal when CCM personalization is activated."

The warning message appears also when a Visual Composer application is opened through UWL.
