1976183 - Error " No resources currently available for RFC group" occurred at phase RSCPFROM_CRR failed.

Symptom

During an upgrade using the Software Update Manager an error occurs in the phase RSCPFROM_CRR.

An error is displayed in SUM similar to:

Checks after phase MAIN_NEWBAS/RUN_RSCPFROM_CRR were negative
Last error code set: Single errors (code <= 8) found in logfile 'RSCPFROM.ELG'
