Symptom

  • http://server:port/XMII cannot be opened
  • MII home page is not displayed
  • The following message is displayed after loging in "Unable to load home page, java.lang.NullPointerException: while trying to get the length of a null array loaded from local variable 'bytes' "
  • Home page not accessible after upgrade to MII 14.0 SP03 patch 0
  • Home page not accessible above any other MII 14.0  SP and patch
