1976626 - You Cannot Edit the Tax Details in the External Customer Invoice Requests

You want to edit the tax details on invoice requests, but you find in some invoice requests, the tax details is editable but in some invoice requests, the tax related fields are grayed out.

1. Go to the Customer Invoicing work center.
2. Go to the Invoice Requests view.
3. Open one invoice request and go to Items tab.
4. In the Taxes sub tab, you can see the tax details, for example Tax Code fields is not editable.

However, in some requests, you can change the tax details.

This is an invoice request with type External Customer Invoice Request.

The external invoice requests are not editable in the systems and any updates if required should be made in the external system and the uploaded as an update in the system.

This is the current system behavior as designed.
