Symptom

  • Payroll Account Number PAN (also knows as  Employer's account number) is not printed on T4/T4A in Employee Copy
  • PAN in T4 Box 54 is not printed on Employee Copy
  • PAN in T4A Box 61 is not printed on Employee Copy
  • PAN is displayed in Run viewer, but not in T4/T4A Employee Copy
  • PAN is displayed in Employer and Government copy, but not in Employee Copy for T4/T4A
