Symptom
- The SAP BI Platform Monitoring application has been configured to use the Oracle Auditing data source (ADS) however, no data is being written to the monitoring (MOT) tables
- After enabing HIGH tracing for the Adaptive Processing Server (Monitoring Service) the following exception is thrown in the monitoring service GLF trace upon service restart:
EXCEPTION [unknown|unknown|ID:0]com.sap.connectivity.cs.java.ConnectionServer{com.businessobjects.connectionserver.Environment}.CreateJob: [com.sap.connectivity.cs.java.drivers.DBDError: Listener refused the connection with the following error:
ORA-12505, TNS:listener does not currently know of SID given in connect descriptor
