Symptom

The following errors appeared in the errorlog:

ERROR #6025 SQT(106:1 DIST DS.DB) - m/sqmext.c(14941)
    Block consistency failed q 106:1, 19294515:14:0 14020 contents q 106:1, 19294515:14:0 14020. old=19294515.14
ERROR #30024 DIST(106 DS.DB) - xec/dist.c(6709)
    The distributor for 'DSDB' failed while reading a transaction from it's stable queue.
WARNING #24049 SQT(106:1 DIST DS.DB) - t/sqtint.c(275)
    sqt_wrap(106:1 DS.DB): Exiting because _sqt_service had an exception
DIST for ds.db' is waiting for SQM(s) to flush to outbound queue(s). The distributor for 'dataserver.database' is shutting down
