1978141 - Hourly recurring promotion instance fails to produce LCMBIAR after a definite number of instances is created in BI 4.X

Symptom

The Hourly schedule of the LCMBIAR file fails after approx 5 outputs when destined for a filesystem destination.
The Adaptive Job server running LCM service throws the below error
