Symptom

  • Permission editor gives an error message:
    Settings for initial Portal permissions are not complete. The next time the Portal restarts, it will reset initial permissions. Changes to permissions that you make now might be overwritten.
  • SAP Notes 1620161 and 1650913 do not solve the issue
