Symptom

  • When selecting the "Scorecard Setup" tab receive either of these two errors:

An application error occurred. Contact your administrator for more information. (UIM-10030)
An object of type Domain_Value named 7 was not found. (COR-10578)

  • Then when changing to "Score Card" receive error:

Key Data domain ' ' cannot be displayed because some quality dimensions, rules, or rule bindings have been deleted since the last run. (UIM-10137)
