1979017 - SUP Hybrid App DCN DELETE does not remove error messages from HWC Inbox

1. A valid Hybrid App DCN upsert with id "1" is sent to SUP
2. The device recieves the notification in the HWC (Hybrid Web Container) Inbox
3. A Hybrid App DCN delete with id "1" is sent to SUP
4. The message on the device is removed from the HWC Inbox
5. A Hybrid App DCN upsert with id "2" is sent to SUP however this DCN results in an error
6. The device recieves an error notification in the HWC Inbox
7. A Hybrid App DCN delete with id "2" is sent to SUP
8. The error message is not removed from the HWC Inbox
