1979303 - “AjaxRequestThrowsError=true” when promoting LCMBIAR file in BI 4.x

• Unable to import LCMBiar file using Promotion management. Sometimes it hangs or a blank page is displayed.
• "AjaxRequestThrowsError=true" is observed first.
• "HTTP Status 500 – java.lang.RuntimeException: org.apache.jasper……" huge stack error is observed if you try to promote the job again.
• Enable CMCWebApp tracing and observe following error:
