SAP Knowledge Base Article - Preview

1979601 - A database error occurred. The database error text is: "[Microsoft] [ODBC SQL Server Driver] [SQL Server] Statement(s) could not be prepared.. (Error: WIS 10901)" when retrieving the 'List of Values' on the prompt screen when refreshing a Webi report.

Symptom

When a Webi report that is based on a universe that connects to Microsoft SQL Server through ODBC is refreshed, the follwoing error is intermittently returned:

"A database error occurred. The database error text is: "[Microsoft] [ODBC SQL Server Driver] [SQL Server] Statement(s) could not be prepared.. (Error: WIS 10901)"
