1981406 - Not all Customer Projects are shown in the Customer Project Overview Report.

When you run the Customer Project Overview Report it will not show all Customer Projects existing in the system.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to Business Analytics work center.
2. Choose the Reports view and click on List sub view.
3. Choose all reports in Show field and filter with Customer Project Overview Report in the Find field.
4. Open the Customer Project Overview Report in web browser.
5. Choose Go button.

Here you will be able to see the Customer Project Overview Report will not show all Customer Projects existing in the system.

Or

1. Go to Project Management work center.
2. Choose the Reports view and click on List sub view.
3. Choose all reports in Show field and filter with Customer Project Overview Report in the Find field.
4. Open the Customer Project Overview Report in web browser.
5. Choose Go button.

Here you will be able to see the Customer Project Overview Report will not show all Customer Projects existing in the system

This can be verified from Project Management work center to see all the listed projects.

1. Go to Project management work center.
2. Click on Projects view.
3. Select All Project in show field and click GO.

Here, you can see numerous projects listed are of type Customer Project with Sales Integration and Customer Projects without Sales Integration.

This report only shows the Customer Projects which are linked to Sales Orders and the Sales Order should be released. If a Sales Order is linked to a Project and is still In Preparation status, you will not be able to see this project in the report.

However if the project is of type Customer Project without Sales Integration, then you will be able to see this project in the report as well.

The report is working fine as system designed behavior.
