1981433 - Key Figures like Actual, Planned and Remaining Work Hours Shows As 0.00 h Value in Customer Project Overview Report

When you run the Customer Project Overview Report for some customer projects the key figures like Actual, Planned and Remaining Work Hours shows as 0.00 h value in Customer Project Overview Report.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to Business Analytics work center.
2. Go to Design Reports view.
3. Search for Customer Project Overview Report and select it.
4. Click Edit With button and select Web Browser.
5. Choose Go button.
6. Here you will be able to see the key figures like Actual, Planned and Remaining Work Hours are shows as zero value in the Customer Project Overview Report.

Or

1. Go to Project Management work center.
2. Go to Reports view and click List subview.
3. Search for Customer Project Overview Report and select it.
4. Click View With button and select Web Browser.
5. Choose Go button.
6. Here you will be able to see the key figures like Actual, Planned and Remaining Work Hours are shows as zero value in the Customer Project Overview Report.

The key figures like Actual Work, Planned Work and Remaining Work are only shown for the customer projects which are linked to Sales Orders that are Released. Hence projects which are of type customer projects without sales integration (Customer Project w/o Sales Integration) will not show these key figures and shows as zero value in Customer Project Overview Report.

The system is working as designed.
