1981613 - SMP SCC - Fail to fetch applications

Symptom

  • We see an error message in SAP Control Center (SCC) of the SAP Mobile Platform (SMP) 2.3 for both quality and productive landscape when trying to access the applications directly from the list menu or from a domain (see screenshot scc.png attached).
  • Both landscapes are installed as a cluster (2 application server nodes on quality and 4 application server nodes on productive) with a Microsoft failover system
  • Cluster for the database and shared hosts. The SCC gateway log states the following error related to the error message inside the SCC: com.sybase.uep.sysadmin.management.mo.exception.SUPArtifactMOException: com.sybase.uep.sysadmin.management.mbean.UEPAdminException: Fail to fetch applications!
