1982066 - Users are able to enter characters into numeric Web Intelligence prompts in the JAVA clients without receiving an error regarding mismatched data type

• Able to enter the character value in the numeric prompt and run successfully with no error message
• The issue is happening in Webi Rich client and WebI Rich Internet Application (Java Report Panel)
• When these reports are run and saved with a mismatched data type in the prompt value, the report cannot later be refreshed in DHTML or JAVA:
• java.text.ParseException: Unparseable number: "somE tExt" (Error: INF )
• An error is presented in WebI Web Viewer (DHTML) as expected when attempting to enter text for numeric prompt value (this is the expected behavior)
