1982555 - MOB00082 error when refreshing a Webi report on the SAP BI app after upgrading to BI 4.1 SP02

Symptom

When you attempt to refresh a Web Intelligence report that contains a date or date range prompt on the SAP BI app for iOS and Android you receive the following error:

An internal server error occurred while processing the client request. (MOB00082)

Details: while trying to invoke the method com.sap.sl.lov.LovProvider.getLevelSelectionMode(com.sap.sl.parameter.SelectionType) of an object returned from com.businessobjects.mobilebi.server.webitranslator.r3.WebiPrompt.getLovProvider(com.businessobjects.mobilebi.server.webitranslator.r3.WebiHelper, com.sap.sl.parameter.ParameterProvider, com.sap.sl.parameter.Parameter)
