Symptom
- Start a SQL Anywhere service fails with: The SQL Anywhere - <Service Name> service on Local Computer started and then stopped. Some services stop automatically if they are not in use by other services or programs.
- The Windows event logs record: "SQLANY_<Service Name>: Cannot access "<database_file>": file does not exist"
