1983101 - EPM Logon Failed: No cookie in response when directly logon to EPM Add-in in Excel

Symptom

  • When user tries to directly logon to EPM Add-in in Excel, an error message pops out saying "Logon Failed: No cookie in the response".
  • The issue does not happens when user tries to go to EPM Add-in from BPC Web.
  • Only one user has the issue.
