1983183 - Weblogic returns Error 500 - Internal Server Error for BILaunchpad and CMC

When accessing BOE/CMC or BOE/BI applications which are hosted by Weblogic Application server, "ERROR 500" is displayed.

In Weblogic's stdout.log, the following stacktrace is displayed:
