User attempting to complete sample SAP Mobile Platform 3.0 demo at http://scn.sap.com/docs/DOC-31221 and is unable to successfully connect to the oData Application Endpoint in SAP Mobile Management Cockpit.  Receives error  "Backend system cannot be reached".
