1983828 - SAP Mobile Platform 2.3 getting DCN error with java.lang.Integer.intValue() - SMP/SUP

User has Hybrid Web Applications in SAP Mobile Platform 2.3 with Workflow DCNs.  They are receiving random DCN errors in the server log, but users are getting their DCN changes.  Error in the log is:
