1983842 - SUP does not currently support atomic transactions between the CDB and the EIS system, when EIS is SAP ERP or SOAP or REST.


Mobile Business Object (MBO) 's "create operation" inserts data to Enterprise Information System (EIS) and Cache Database (CDB).
If you run the "create operation" of MBO and data is inserted to EIS successful,  then there are cases to fail the data insert to CDB.
