1983876 - SQLANY infomation messages in Event Viewer log upon RSOE service startup and shutdown -Afaria

Symptom

Upon stopping and starting the Relay Server Outbound Enabler (RSOE) services, information messages are logged in the Event Viewer Windows Application log for each RSOE when the service is stopped, started, or in the process of starting. The message resembles the following format:

The description for Event ID 1 from source SQLANY64 16.0 cannot be found. Either the component that raises this event is not installed on your local computer or the installation is corrupted. You can install or repair the component on the local computer.

If the event originated on another computer, the display information had to be saved with the event.

The following information was included with the event:

SQLANYe_<RSOE Service Name>
Successfully started service SQLANYe_<RSOE Service Name>

Note that, the last section of this message may state either "Successfully started service SQLANYe_<RSOE Service Name>," "Starting service SQLANYe_<RSOE Service Name>," or "Normal shutdown of SQLANYe_<RSOE Service Name>."
