1984455 - Promoting a Crystal Report from source to destination causes command table fields to be dropped from the report

• Promote a Crystal Report from source to destination system in BI Platform 4.0
• When opening the report for editing on the destination errors are thrown
  
  The saved data will be discarded since one or more formulas failed to compile
  
  The database file "Command" has changed. Proceeding to fix up the report
  
  
• Fields from command tables may be missing
• Group name fields may be impacted if they are linked to the command table fields
• Errors seen in Report Application Server logs
