1984473 - When a PR is generated from a Maintenance Order, the 'Cost Center' is not copied to the 'Account Assignment' tab within the PR

Symptom

A Purchase Requisition (PR) generated from a Maintenance Order does not inherit the Cost Center. The Cost Center field in the PR Account Assignment tab is blank, and subsequent PO creation prompts the user to enter a Cost Center manually.
