Symptom

  • Receiving error when viewing data in Data Insight.
  • Receiving error when trying to add tables off a saved connection in Data Insight.
  • Receiving error when testing connection in Central Management Console for Information Steward, but can save connection.

  • "Connection Error: Communication error with the service, caused by: javax.xml.stream.XMLStreamException: ParseError at [row,col]:[1,1] Message: Premature end of file.;
    nested exception is: com.sap.icc.applicationservice.ServiceActionException: javax.xml.stream.XMLStreamException: ParseError at [row,col]:[1,1] Message: Premature end of file. (COR-10245) (ADM-10008)"
