You have both IPV4 and IPV6 enabled on the Windows license server host. You have configured SYSAM to use IPV6 stack binaries using the following command
sysam configure IPv6
You have managed to start the SYSAM server successfully, but running sysam status or LMTOOLS' "Perform Status Inquiry" would result in the following error.
