1986596 - Space gets converted to null during Teradata bulk loading in a data services job execution

• Data Services job converts spaces to null when loading Teradata column using bulk load and Teradata gives error if the column does now allow null values.
• Teradata error code received is 2689 Field is null for column defined as NOT NULL.
• This is noticed after Data Services upgrade to DS 4.2 from older version.
