Symptom

  • Upgrade SCM system and get below error in phase PREP_GENCHECK/ACTREF_CHK:
    • Table /BI0/OTRSPL_PLSES is not active
      Table /BI0/OTRSPL_PLSES could not be expanded
      Table /BI0/OTRSPL_PLSES was not activated
    • Table /BI0/OTRSPL_SUBPL is not active
      Table /BI0/OTRSPL_SUBPL could not be expanded
