Symptom

When using the Deployment Wizard from SQL Anywhere 16 to deploy a Microsoft Windows Installer Package File (MSI) to a Microsoft Windows operating system, the system PATH environment variable and SQL Anywhere registry entries are not created or modified upon installation.
