1987124 - Is it Possible to Embed a Image in Form Templates Using Adobe Life Cycle Designer?

You have created a Form template using Adobe Life Cycle Designer and embedded a Image (either a uploaded a image or a weblink to that image) into it. When you upload the Form Template into Business ByDesign/Cloud for Customer system, neither the Image nor the link is not working.

Links/URLs are not supported for Forms in Business ByDesign/Cloud for Customer. Because Link is an object in Interactive Forms but all form templates in Business ByDesign/Cloud for Customer are static forms.

The functionality doesn't exist in Business ByDesign/Cloud for Customer where, in Adobe Lifecycle designer, there is an option to Embed images into Form template. Please refer to the help section "Using image fields" in Life Cycle Designer for the details to use it.

Note: Even using this functionality you can add a image to a Form template but not to each product.
