Symptom

 

  • The BW source system for DataServices is unresponsive after a while.
  • The connection check is not showing ok. But if we restart the SAP Connection RFC from Dataservices management console the connection is working.
  • SAP BW is not able to communicate with Dataservices.
  • Not able to refresh the data in BW.
