1988114 - How to Show Other Text than "Not assigned" for the Initial Value in a BW Query

• When you run a BW query with the initial value for a characteristic (e.g. blank for type CHAR or 000 for type NUMC of length 3) in the query result, the value key is displayed as "#" and the text is displayed as "Not assigned".
• The users are confused about what "Not assigned" means and you would like to show some other text instead of "Not assigned".
• At query result you expect to see key-value "#" and text-value "Not Assigned", but the text is blank.
