Symptom
You have observed that, for some of the Accounts the changes history is empty. You would like to whether there is a change performed in these Accounts or not?
Environment
SAP Cloud for Customer.
Reproducing the Issue
- Go to Account Management work center.
- Select Accounts view.
- Select and Edit an Account.
- Go to Changes tab.
Resolution
In order to verify, whether there is a actual change, follow the below steps:
- Go to Business Partner Data work center.
- Select Business Partner view.
- Search and Edit a Business Partner of the Account.
- Go to Changes tab.
If there was a change in the Account then it will reflect here as well.
if here also it is empty then the reason could as below,
The changes log gets the history for the changes that are performed in the Accounts after creation (after first time save). So, the changes log shows all the changes that are performed after first save only.
