1989199 - SYSAM license check-out on new server is causing errors - ASE

A migration happened using Sysam license from old server on AS4.0/SYBASE 15.0.3 to new server AS6.0 /SYBASE 15.7. The licenses were re-hosted and deployed.

After the migration there is a innability to check-out the licenses and also the server does not come up in grace. The error message in sysam log file can be found below:

• (SYBASE) DENIED: "ASE_EE" root@test.com (SIGN= keyword required but missing from the license certificate. (- 114,525))
• (SYBASE) DENIED: "ASE_CORE" root@test.com (SIGN= keyword required but missing from the license certificate. (- 114,525))
