Symptom
Universal worklist iview shows the message "An error occurred while trying to connect to the provider" and in log you have exception related to ActionInboxConnector and connector status shows timeout
Below exception in log:
For Object:ActionInbox@ActionInboxConnector and For Key ItemTypes value is null.
ActionInbox@ActionInboxConnector and For Key RefreshPeriod value is null
For Object:ActionInbox@ActionInboxConnector and For Key SnapshotRefresh value is null
:ActionInbox@ActionInboxConnector and For Key ABAPClass value is null
