1989239 - Error 258 - Insufficient Privilege - when accessing table TABLE_PLACEMENT

Symptom

Executing DTPs, infopackages or process chains results in the following error in transaction SM21:

BY2 Database error 258 at OPC

BY0 > insufficient privilege: Not authorized

This error does not however lead to the termination of the related BW operations.
