1989529 - Error: Check for Current Merge of Another Project During Merge of a Change Project

Error Message: Check for current merge of another project in the merge report of a change project.

RTLC state on product tenant not finalize, project (XYZ)
Change Project <Workspace ID>(XYZ) with owner <User-ID> is merged but not activated
Please activate change project <Workspace ID>(XYZ) first then try again

1. Go to Business Configuration work center.
2. Go to the Implementation Projects view.
3. Select the concerned project.
4. Select the Open Activity List button.
5. Navigate to the Go-Live tab.
6. Select and Confirm the Merge Changes to Production System activity.

The issue is also faced while simulating the merge of the project.

The cause is that the Change Project XYZ, is merged with production, but not yet activated.

To resolve the issue and proceed with merge perform the following steps:

1. Go to the Business Configuration work center.
2. Go to the Implementation Projects view.
3. Select the project XYZ.
4. Select the Open Activity List button.
5. Navigate to the Integrate and Extend chevron.
6. Select and Open the 'Activate Solution Capabilities' activity.
7. Select the Confirm button.

Once the project XYZ has been activated, the merge of the new project should go through without any issues.
