When External Transfers are processed, we see files with extension of .ETF, .EMP, and .VEND. Even when there is data for an External Transfer in the .ETF file, we don't see related information in the .EMP, and .VEND files. What are the .EMP and .VEND extension files used for and when is there data for an External Transfer in there?
