1991660 - In BI 4.1 SP02, if you are in design mode in the Webi HTML viewer and open the Query panel, if you click Apply and Close the refresh button disappears

Symptom

When you are in a Web Intelligence report and launch the "Edit Query Panel" (or "Edit Data Provider") and then close and save changes, the refresh button on the quick access toolbar (on the left side underneath the "File" and "Properties" tabs) disappears. It does not reappear unless you either close and reopen the report or if you switch between "Reading" and "Design" mode.
