1992342 - How to troubleshoot the Outside Discovery issues about Database - SAP Solution Manager

There is an Outside Discovery issue about Database in Solution Manager system, for example, the Database cannot be found or the Database info is incorrect. Also, in the LMDB Data Supplier Overview for an affected system the data supplier LAPI_DatabaseOutsideDiscovery is missing. The following picture describes the issue in LMDB:
