Symptom

Business requirement to download a PS report into MS Excel format, but it cannot be achieved.

  • Scenario 1: After executing the drilldown report, the export selection in menu is gray.
  • Scenario 2: After executing the drilldown report and clicking the export selection in menu, there is no option to export to excel format.
